We were very sorry to hear of Marian’s recent death, as I’m sure we’re her many former colleagues and students.
Our sincere sympathy goes to Mary Brid and to the rest of Marian’s family.
She was a member of our branch for several years and we will remember her at our next meeting.

Marian was a wonderful teacher and person. She always brought a sense of fun, laughter and happiness to her lessons. She taught me Spanish and was an inspirational teacher, and gave me a love for the language that I will always be grateful for. Que descanse en paz, gracias por todo.

Miss english was a fab teacher back in the 80s. So calm and fair to everyone and related well to us all and still her friendly self saluting me on her walks in recent years . May miss english rest in peace .

As a student I always looked forward to French class in the Tech and then later in the Colaiste. Lucky enough to work with you for a short period. We will miss you, Marian. Reposez en paix.

Like many others, I have so many great memories of Spanish class with Marian.

I still remember the laughs and story’s she had to share. She was without a doubt my favourite.

You could just tell how kind hearted, intelligent and enthusiastic she was.
