Marian was an appreciated member of a group of people who met in St Mary's Dominican Priory, Tallaght, to discuss the Gospels on Thursday evenings. She was really missed when she became seriously unwell. She was a lovely presence with us. May she rest in the Lord! I offer my sympathy to PJ, Louise, Jacqueline and Suzanne on Marian's death. I met Marian almost 20 years ago in Medjugorje. We travelled together in the same group and stayed in the same house over the years. Marian became a true friend. She was God's gift to me and to many priests who benefited from her prayers and those of her friends who pray daily for priests. Marian's life was inspired by her personal prayer, devotion to the Mass and Eucharistic Adoration, and by her trust in Divine Mercy and Our Lady's protection. I believe Marian will be deeply missed by her beloved family and those of us who were privileged to have her as a friend. May she continue to pray for us all.

It was with great sadness that I received your message of the passing of Marian to her eternal reward. Marian and I worked together on the diocesan adoration committee and shared so much . She was truly an inspiration in her deep faith and positive attitude ... . She fought hard to live on for her family but God had other plans for her .
