Condolences to all of Marianne's family during this time, a brilliant woman, heart of gold. May she rest in peace

I always say that cats leave such big holes for such small creatures. The hole that Marianne has left is of galactic proportions. She always passed off the serenity of your home, Jan as being down to the cats but we all know that it was a reflection of you both and your lovely relationship and I am so sorry that now you have to move forward without her. I know that she went straight to Rainbow Bridge to meet up with old friends and that they have all waited patiently to see her again. Words cannot truly express how empty the world, especially your home, is without her. Meet you at the bridge Marianne x

We are so sorry to hear of Marianne's passing. We were notified by Heinz & Edeltaud Schelle who reside in Germany. Erika is a cousin of Edeltraud and we live in America. We have met Marianne and the boys several years ago and remember them as a beautiful family. Our thoughts are with you all.

Marianne told me she ended up in Ireland because she stuck a pin in the map. A lovely brave lady who had great stories to tell about her very interesting life. It was a pleasure to work with & know her. Deepest sympathy to Jan & her family,she will be sorely missed. R.I.P. sweet lady.

I had the pleasure of working with this wonderful lady and I can say she was truly one of the most patient and considerate people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I truly enjoyed hearing stories of her fascinating life and it was a joy to be in her presence. She brought happiness to everyone around her.

Marianne showed me the ropes in Emma Coffey's office. She was kind, helpful and had some fascinating stories about her life. We also bonded over a mutual love for cats.
