We would like to thank everyone who has shown their love and support over these last few weeks . Perhaps you came to visit or sent a card or kind message or even joined us today to say good bye to our kind caring beautiful Mum. we wanted to say thank you as your support has not gone unnoticed and is sincerely appreciated by us all. No words can come close to how heartbroken we have been since finding out we never had long left with our beloved Mum and nothing could have prepared us for the night our Dad, Joe and I held her in our arms and said good bye. Our whole world has fallen apart and will never be the same without her. As we continue on this journey we know Mum is looking over us and we we will forever hold her close to our hearts and support each other for what lies ahead. Rest now our angel and keep shining bright like the diamond that you are. All our love Dad, Joe and Martina xxx
