So sorry to hear about the passing of Marie. She took wonderful care of my niece and nephew, Mia and Harry, when they were small and they have lots of happy memories of her and Joe. We will always be grateful for her kindness and support.

Marie was my very loyal friend for over 70 years. Many memories are now surfacing of great times together. It was a privilege to have her as my friend and I will miss her forever.
Marie was also a beautiful part of my family's lives and was loved by each of them.
Marie was a very special lady who was an inspiration to all those who's path she crossed in life.
I know how nuch you all loved her.
A mother's love is a lifelong presence and I know how much each of you meant to her...she was so,so proud of each of you and your achievements in life. She was especially grateful for the care you took of her, especially in the last few months.
May you feel surrounded by support and hold forever the memories of all the moments you shared together.
She is now reunited with the love of her life, Joe.
May her gentle soul rest in Heavenly Peace.

We are sincerely sorry for the passing of your dear Mam. Mrs.. Heffernan was an amazing person, anyone lucky enough to spend 1 minute in her company will agree.
We have been very lucky to have her as a great neighbour for 13 years and we became good pals, as we walked over together for the school collection, having great chats and laughs.
We will never forget the kindness she showed our two girls in May 2025, when she became their guardian angel during an incredibly traumatic time. She cared for them—and for us—with such love and protection. It is something we will always be grateful for.
