Marie Kennedy
(née Tuffy)

Marie was a very happy woman doing a really fantastic job looking after all our dietary needs and she was very strict with a few of us as to how we could all keep our weight down and how we could all support each other with each others diets

Throughout the year between September 95 to July 96 I went to Marie once a month to catch with her and for her to check my dietary needs . Marie Kennedy always made time for all her clients attending the CRC School

So sad to here of marie passing had the pleasure of working with her for years true the school she be sadly missed by all who new her .

I have very fond memories of Marie for many reasons but especially because we shared a common heritage from Westport and had long established family connection.
I worked with her closely for a number of years in the CRC and appreciated her kindness, her gentleness and her innovatory approach to the importance of diet for children with disabilities.
My sympathies to Barry, Lorna, her grandchildren and the wider Kennedy/Tuffy families.
