She had the most generous heart that Never forgot any one of us on any special occasion. Marie where do I start, I will be forever greatful for all you have done for us over the years. I will never forget the first time I spent the night in the house, convinced you had no idea I was there until you shouted up the stairs "Does Darren Miley want a fry made?" Leaving Nadine and myself terrified that you knew, but you welcomed me into your home and into your family with open arms.

I am convinced you kept the Hallmark card company in business sending presents and cards for absolutely every occasion.

We will all miss your video phone calls, listening to you singing to all of the kids, and us making sure they were shouting back their responses so you could hear them!

You were absolutely one of a kind, and we should all count ourselves lucky to have had you in our lives. Sleep well and continue to look after us all the way you always did xxx

And as for the fry? It always was and always will be "Yes please, Marie"
