It is quite some time since we saw Marion when we were in the walking club with her, but we were very fond of her then and wish her safe passage to her just reward, walk on to the heavenly mountains Marion.

Marion was one of the best. One of those rare people that you’re lucky enough to meet in life – loyal, hardworking, dedicated. She could manage to do in a day what the rest of us would take a week to do. I am sad to think she’s no longer here to meet again. I can only rejoice that our paths once crossed. I am also sorry that I’m not going to be able to be at her funeral.

It was with great sadness that I heard this week of Marion’s passing.She was a wonderful companion on Trekker Walks. My deepest condolences to all her family.
