Marjorie Hamilton
(née McNeely)

Marjorie was a very dear friend of mine for 75 years. She was an outstanding human being in every possible way. She was unique, loyal, honourable, generous, caring and sincere.

Marjorie took a keen interest helping anyone in need and was a great listener. She gave very sound, non judgemental advice when requested.

I'll always remember my Christmas Eve visits, Marjorie would always be making mince pies and listening to the Nine Lessons and Nine Carols service from St. Patrick's Cathedral. Many more great memories.

As before, I am thinking about you all today, Marjorie's special day.

I’m so sorry to hear that your darling mother has passed. I have such wonderful memories of both George and Marjorie in Kenilworth Road. She was my Brownie leader in Harold’s Cross and showed me the greatest of kindness.
