I was a neighbour of Mark (Tucker) for many years, and found him to be a kind and troubled soul. His love and devotion to his dog impressed me, and he was always cheerful and helpful. I'm sad to hear of his passing and send our sympathy to all of his family . Rest easy Tucker.
