Mark organised a fundraiser for the school which included carrying a log across the Comeraghs which enabled us to get our wonderful therapy room for the kids. Mark leaves behind a wonderful charitable and sporting legacy. May his gentle soul now rest in Peace.

Condolences to Mark's family at this very sad time. We had the privilege of knowing Mark when he did preseason training with our Senior Camogie team a few years ago in Tourin. Mark was a lovely guy and we always enjoyed his training sessions. He had a kind word of encouragement for everyone.

Mark was a true gentleman. I got to know him through the kickboxing a few years ago. He made the effort to travel to competitions to show his support for me and some of my teammates multiple times... to Kilkenny one time, Wexford another, which never went unnoticed.

He was always a good laugh to be around in the training environment.
Will be sadly missed. Rest in peace Mark.

Condolence to Marks family and friend's..

RIP Mark. You helped so many through your work in the Gym, GAA clubs, schools and the Many Charities you raised money for. Great times were had in Tourin and the Gym in Dungarvan never easy may i add. If you had a bit of steel in you he'd push you harder get ever last bit outa you in that hour. Many came thru the door of the gym thinking this will be grand and were never seen again, sometimes i couldnt blame them. It was flat out most of the times but always enjoyable.Your dad Ray joined us on a few nights and what a guy he is. The charity night at Cruchaun was something else horrible weather but you stuck at it for 24hours straight up and down we even joined you for a few late at night. You'll be greatly missed by all who knew you and your family have lost a Gem of Son, Brother and the kids a Father. No one ever knows what's going on in someones mind it's a pity it came to this tragic ending. Fly high Mark, May your Dust travel Far.

Mark, we hadn’t seen each other for years, but I was always impressed to see posts about what you were up to. You founded something impactful and spent your time helping others. The outpouring of sadness and the number of people who’ve said you changed their lives is clear evidence of this. I just hope you knew it.

I always meant to message you to say “fair play” and I’ll forever regret not doing that.
