I knew Mark several years ago when I worked in Galway. My deepest condolences to his family, my thoughts are with you.

You can shed tears that Matk is gone or you can smile because he has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that he'll come back or you can open your eyes and see all he's left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see him or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can.turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember Mark and only that he's gone or you can treasure his memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back or you can do what Mark would want: smile, open your eyes, spread kindness love and go on.

Praying for you all every day. I hope through time that this reflection will bring you comfort.

I remember Mark as being the most polite, beautifully talented young boy at Grassroots drama class, always so well prepared in his solo pieces & performances, a glint in his eye, fun & with great stage presence. So lovely & endearing. So so very sorry to hear this news - especially know how Ilona always doted on her wee bro & olga how you always were the most amazing supportive loving mum xxx my heart goes out to you all. My sincere condolences to Mark's parents, sister, extended family and friends.

Having lived with Mark this year, he was only in my life for a short amount of time. However, I got to know him as a reserved yet generous boy who probably didn't realise the extent of the impact he had on the people around him. I also had the pleasure of getting to know Olga when she stayed with us before Christmas, which made it clear that generosity and kindness were qualities that run in the family. Olga, Ilona, Gennadiy - I am so sorry for the loss you have suffered. Our time together is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Thinking of you always

Watched the funeral online on Wednesday.Such a beautiful mass with the lovely singing and instrumentals. Mark was a very special young man who left everyone who met him with treasured memories.
