Joseph, I can't believe what I am reading! I can't believe Marlene is gone! I'm so sorry that I never got the chance to see her again. I often fantasized about surprising her by showing up in Dublin one day. I'm in shock. I'm so very sorry for you and the girls (and myself too the truth be told). Marlene was the warmest, most loving, brilliant person I have ever known. Her compassion for others, and her talents were beyond compare. There is no one like her. I loved her so much. May God be with you all in this time of need, and may Our Blessed Mother Mary comfort your daughters with her tender maternal love.
