MARTHA POWELL

Shocked to just learn of Martha's sad and untimely passing. Sincere sympathy to her sister and brothers, and her great friend Mary Keating. Martha was a dear friend in RTE and many a social occasion was enhanced by her laughter and great sense of fun. She was such a lovely person. May she rest in peace.

I am shocked and so saddened to hear that Martha is gone. We regularly bumped into each other in Tipp when we were both caring for our respective mothers. A lovely woman and too young to go. Condolences to her family and friends.

Very sad to hear of Martha's passing. I worked with her for many years and she was a great colleague. She had a lovely dry sense of humour and was sharp and intelligent. I admired that. But most of all I admired her strength of character and her loyalty. She was that rare type of person.
One who looked out for others. She was a lovely lady.
