I am sorry to hear of Martin's passing. My condolences to all the Clohessy family. Martin was an excellent sacristan. He was both kind and supportive and also had a great sense of humour. My last metting with Martin was outside one of the cafes on Little Catherine Street. As always with Martin we had a good chat and a laugh. Martin will be greatly missed by all who were lucky to have known him. May Martin Rest In Peace.

It was with great sadness that I heard of the death of Martin. A true gentleman I had the good fortune and pleasure of knowing for many years during my stay in the Augustinians in Limerick. As well as being a dedicated and faithful sacristan in his beloved St. Munchin's church, Martin was a great travelling companion on the pilgrimages we made together. My deepest sympathy to Eleanor and Sharon, Joe and Gerry at this sad time for them all. You are in my thoughts and prayers!
