Martin was a regular and welcome visitor to our school in Winton, Eccles. It was a great privilege to have known such a fine, generous and warm gentleman, in the true sense of the word. He often regaled us with such interesting and humorous stories and anecdotes of his life and told them with such charm and wit, he was a great raconteur! His craftmanship was testament to his superb woodworking skills from which the school benefitted enormously. Martin will be remembered by all those who encountered him with immense affection and fondness. Our condolences go to his family and his many friends. Thank you for being our friend, Martin.
My you rest in eternal peace.
