Rest in peace Martin. I will remember fondly the time that i worked with you and Rod Mooney RIP in Universal Glass and Windows when i was only a boy. Both of you were true friends and great buddies taken before your time. I will also remember you from the chats that you, I, Jerome and Ciara had at your kitchen table in Gyles Quay, where the world was beautiful, and we thought we had lots of time to chat forever. Rest easy my friend. We will see each other again on the other side. God bless you buddy.

God comfort ye in your deep sadness and am so sorry to hear of Martin’s passing. May he rest in peace with your mother and father Eithne and Frank. Memories of him working for our Dad as a young lad and the hi-jinks and laughs. He was a multi-talented witty and kind guy and a sometimes sporty driver of our old vans at least with some pretty nippy trips up to Dublin Glass and Paint or APA Aluminium as well remember the times we had he always brightened things up!

To Fiona, Simon, David, Paula and Lucy I am so deeply saddened and shocked by the untimely passing of Martin. I have known him since he was a baby, and attended all his birthday parties until I was 12 (when I went to boarding school ), and then there was his 60th Birthday in Gyles Quay, which was a fantastic night, and one to remember always. We were in touch recently, and he travelled all the way to Kerry to visit me, and he brought books and photos of our shared childhood. We had a wonderful catch up and promised to meet again soon, and now so sadly he is gone from this earthly realm. He was so very charming, highly intelligent, gentle, and very deep, and never did I hear him utter a bad word about a single soul in my life. I am truly heartbroken, and also because I cannot attend his funeral as I only found out the arrangements too late, and there are no options for me to get there in time. I will be there in spirit and trust that we will all meet again someday on the other side. Love and Blessings to all Una.
