I'm shocked by Martin's death. He was a very positive person and it was pleasant to work with him. I wish his family much strength in these difficult times. RIP Martin!

My deepest sympathies to Martins family. I am so sorry for your loss. Martin was an inspiring and positive person. I was allowed to work with Martin at AFL for a few years.
I know how painful it is to lose a loved person after a serious illness. My wife died of cancer in 2005. But I also know about the strength and comfort that my family and all the people with I am deeply connected have given me.
My grief and spiritual development gave my life a new direction. In this way I would like to encourage the family of Martin to stay in love on the basis of the never-ending connection to Martin and to receive again the gifts of life with many peaceful thoughts.

I had the privilege to have worked with Martin in BE and had the added privilege to have travelled with him to France and Germany a few times on customer visits. Any trip was always so much more craic if Martin was on it. There would typically be one or two beers and plenty of great stories from Martin. He always spoke so proudly of Deirdre, Ciarán and Stephen. I'm so sorry for your loss.

The loss of a loved one at any time is a very sad occasion for family and friends.
At this time, with all the restrictions the loss is made even more heart-breaking and sadder for all.
