Mr. Molloy never taught me but while he was on lunch duty and me walking the halls wearing a “forbidden” scania jacket striked up a conversation or two. Never did he tell me to remove it but was interested in knowing about lorries and trying to convince me to get the licence… the halls will definitely be silent now that there’s nobody to tell jokes like Mr. Molly could

So saddened to hear the passing of Mr. Molloy.. he was my science teacher at school. I remember him as a lovely respectful teacher with time for everyone, didn’t matter who they were or where they came from. He was the most down to earth, respectful, warm, and kind human beings. It’s only as you grow older you realise those people are few and far between. Rest in peace Mr. Molloy. You were special.

I was devastated to learn of Martin's passing. I had the privilege of calling him colleague for a while when I subbed in BCC a few years ago. In this time I was lucky to meet and chat with Martin on many occasions and I can concur with many others as regards his wit, friendliness and passion for his subject. My sincere sympathy to his mother, wife, children, siblings and extended family and may you be comforted and supported during this difficult time. Rest in peace Martin.

Well Martin, I just found out this evening that you've taken your leave of us. I never got the chance to thank you for the many late nights in Maynooth we spent debating the intricacies of life in this world. As a 3-4 year old we lived beside Martin and family in Tallanstown and I vividly remember one occasion Martin chasing Eugene through Granny's garden! (and Mary-Jane getting covered by ants on another!). Myself and Chris used to be amazed at Martin and Eugene as they were older and we looked up to them! We are all very sad to hear of Martin's untimely passing and are praying for Martin and his family. God bless his soul, and send him to heaven where he belongs.

Sorry to the whole Molloy family for the passing off martin

Past Maths pupil of Mr Molloy. Always had an interesting story to tell us in class or interesting pieces of information to tell us. I remember in my first year I had to take a photo for the school system and he was in the background making me laugh. He always found a way to make me laugh.
