Deeply saddened to hear of Martins passing and thoughts and prayers are with all of the family. Martin called into the shop often and we'd chat about music and guitars and different artists we were excited about, and it was always lovely to chat with him, we could have talked for the whole day if time allowed it! Martin, we will all remember you fondly and are grateful for all the conversations we shared! May you rest in peace.

Martin was a good friend and a brilliant musician. He had this warm, easygoing way about him—kind, funny, generous—and he made everyone feel welcome. He wasn’t just talented, he was encouraging too, especially to those of us just finding our feet. We’ll always remember him and Ter singing together—such a lovely pair, and a real joy to watch.

Bekah and Denis are chips off the old block—both seriously talented, just like their parents. Music, creativity, kindness—it runs deep in that family.

We feel lucky to have known him, and we’ll miss him dearly. Thinking of Ter, Bekah, Denis, and everyone who loved him.

Rest easy, Martin. We’ll never forget you.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Martin. I first met Martin in the late 60s and we met and chatted many times over the years. Martin was not just a great musician he was a super person.
