Martin MORIARTY

Deepest condolences for all your family . Martin was a big part of Morris Grange when he worked there , he was missed by residents, family’s and staff when he left. This news has stunned me and all of his former work colleagues. May he now rest in peace . RIP Martin

Martin took care of my own Dad only last year and was with him when he passed away in Cashel. We as a family drew great comfort from this. We had great chats about school football and how we played against each other when we were teenagers Fethard v Killorglin. A gentleman who will be fondly remembered. Rest In Peace Martin.

I got to know Martin better when we started working on the ward together, he was always in good humor, so witty, and had such a caring and kind nature about him.

He will be remembered for his sense of fun, his light hearted humour and his great delight in winding us up, a true character, a true gentleman, Martin is missed and will be sadly missed, the place won't be the same without him.

Martin was a true asset to our workplace as a colleague, a friend to us and amazing carer to the residents. His work was always impeccable, and everyone was always in the better of having been in his company for whatever the reason was.

He was so open and loved to speak of his love for his family, and his home in Gooldscross and Kerry, of previous jobs, sports... But he was most animated talking of Elaine, Cathal and Jack, so proud to be a husband to a great lady and Dad to fantastic sons...

Our hearts are broken here at work, "condolences" and "sympathy" aren't powerful enough words to express our sadness at his loss and how sorry we are for Elaine, Cathal, Jack and Martins Kerry family.

All we can hope is Martin is smiling on everyone as he Rocks with the King, his beloved Elvis.

Sadly missed, never to be forgotten.

May the memories of the smiles caused by Martin wipe away all the tears.

To all the Moriarty family,

So upset to hear the news of the passing of such a great cousin of mine Martin. I have such fond memories of when he stayed with us in London in Friern Park, we both tried to help my dad Walter set up a car business at one point, it meant a lot to us having Martin around and helping my dad. We got up to so much fun together causing mischief with all the cousins.

Martin’s a great man and will never be forgotten, Here for you all if you need anything during this time.
