My deepest condolences to Shinny, Martin’s family, friends, and colleagues. I had the pleasure of working with Martin for two years at the IACP. Martin was a lovely person, so professional, kind, and generous with his time. I really enjoyed his quick wit and humor and our chats about the latest TV show and his trips with Shinny. May Martin rest in peace and I hope your happy memories bring you some comfort during this difficult time.

I am grateful for having been able to join you online at Martin's funeral. I knew Martin from occasional meetings in IACP offices and he was always kind, helpful gentle and reliable. I learned so much more about him and his lovely nature from listening online to Shinny and Larry. I wish you all - family, colleagues, friends and team-mates - the blessings of peace and optimism despite the sadness and loss that we share at Martin's untimely passing.
