It was with deep sadness that we heard of Martin’s unexpected death. Our thoughts are with you Lorraine and Family.
He was such a gentle soul and will be greatly missed . We always had a great laugh with him. A Family man to the core, know that he was so proud of you All.

I had the pleasure of working with him in Marymount where he was always willing to help in any way and always had a friendly smile and chat every morning. Thinking of his family at this time. We had some great laughs in Marymount and I was always greeted with a smile and a joke in the mornings when he was delivering the lunches to the classrooms. He will be sadly missed by all of us. Martin got a well deserved send off today in Holy Family Parish where he served the community so well whether it was in the church or in the schools. He was a trojan worker & my best memory , of many, of him was the work he did when we were building the new schools in Marley!s Lane moving from old to new schools. Rest in peace Martin. You were a treasure who will be sadly missed in the community. Sincere sympathy to Lorraine & the girls on the loss of your husband & dad.

Sincere condolences to all who knew and loved Martin. He was a treasure. I was lucky to work with Martin in Marymount, where he will be greatly missed. No job was too big or too small for Martin, whether it was delivering lunches or fixing doors, plumbing sinks or moving furniture Martin was always happy to help. The children in my class affectionately called him "Martin the lawnmower guy". We will all miss him hugely. Rest easy Martin.
