Martina Culbert

I was so sorry to hear about Martina’s passing. I first got to know her during transition year, and I remember her as such a fun-loving, warm person. My heartfelt condolences to TJ and to all of Martina’s family and friends.

I have only just heard of Martina’s passing, and it is with a very heavy heart that I write this message. I worked with Martina in the village from day one all those years ago, and she was such a beautiful person, inside and out. I wanted to pass on my deepest sympathy to her family at this very sad time, and to her son, whom she always spoke of so fondly.

I am so deeply shocked and saddened of the news of Martina's passing. My sincere heartfelt condolences to TJ, Martina's dad and all her family. I had the pleasure of working with Martina for many years and she was truly one in a million. I was always in awe of Martina - her incredible work ethic, her ability to solve any issue within minutes and her wonderful sense of humour. I cannot imagine KV without her. May she rest in peace x

I had the privilege of working with Martina for six years, and she was truly a remarkable colleague.

Martina had a fantastic sense of humour and an unbelievable work ethic. No matter how busy things were, she brought positivity, calm, and a genuine willingness to help others. She was someone you could always rely on, both professionally and personally, and she made the workplace a better place simply by being there.

She will be deeply missed, but fondly remembered by all who were lucky enough to know her.

I was very saddened to hear of Martina’s passing and my thoughts immediately went to her beloved son TJ. Although we only worked together for a year at Kildare Village, she always took the time to show me, and other new starters throughout that year, the ropes and procedures and nothing was ever a problem. I am so sad to hear of Martina’s passing. She was warm, welcoming, witty and wise, and while our roles at Kildare Village were in different departments, she always made time to chat in the kitchen, or say a genuine hello as we passed one another by.
I think she had a particular inclusive kindness that I feel grateful to have experienced.

I'm devastated by the news of Martina's untimely passing. She was such a beautiful lady with a beaming smile and an incredible wit. I was lucky enough to work closely with her as part of a small team in the start up of Kildare Village. She was so friendly and funny and impossible not to love. She brought such professionalism and calmness into the most chaotic of days. Her smile and laughter was infectious. Martina was such a loving and proud mum.
