So sad to learn of Marty’s passing ,lived a great long life of good health, peace and happiness with the support and comfort of his sister Annie Kathleen ,nephews,nieces ,neighbours and so many friends.
Condolences to all bereaved ,he will be missed by all including the diaspora from the area who frequently visited Marty on their return.May he rest in peace🙏.

My condolences to Marty’s sister, Annie Kathleen, and to the many generations of the Carty, Doherty and Daly families in Ireland, England and Australia who shared Marty as uncle, grand uncle, and great grand uncle.
It was a privilege to have been made welcome by him in Cully, to get to know him, and to have heard his many stories from a life spent among neighbours along the border where Sligo meets Mayo.
