I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul and Mary for many years on the main street and couldn't have met a nicer couple.

I was beyond shocked to hear of their sad passing and I will pray for strength, for all those who were close to them, in these very difficult times.

Thoughts & prayers are with all Mary & Paul’s family at the untimely huge loss of two very special people. We met Mary whilst staying in Kilmore Quay last year. Mary was so friendly, kind and full of happiness. We had great craic with her at the community centre where we met her. We often spoke of her with fondness and couldn’t believe when we heard it was Mary this tragedy had happened to. May Mary & Paul R.I.P xxx

Along with my late brother Austin, I was talking to you all at Uncle Martin's funeral home in Sallynoggin in early June and I was especially happy to chat with Paul & Mary. What a terrible loss.
