Sincere sympathy to the Mcinerney families and relatives on the sad passing of Mary. I knew her a long time ago when she used spend time with her Leyden relatives. I met her in recent times when I was involved with the Retired teachers association.

I was saddened to hear of the sad passing of Mary Ann. She was a great principal when I worked with her in Broadford N.S. I was delighted to have the opportunity to visit her recently in the nursing home. My condolences to Mike, Patrick, Susan, her adored grandchildren and great grandchildren. My sincere sympathy to Mary Anne's family on the passing of such a lovely lady. It was always a pleasure to chat with and meet Mary A. For many years I had contact with her though her educational work and she served as both mentor and supporter of many young teachers. Her commitment to community, parish and church were outstanding. Her life was rooted in a deep faith that allowed her to see the bigger picture and often informed her warm sense of humour. She has left many treasured memories that are seeds planted for future growth. May her good deeds go before her and may she enjoy the light of heaven with the Risen Lord and those who have pre deceased her from her family circle.
