Sincere condolences to all the Power, Cooney and Farrell families on the death of Binkie. She was an extraordinary woman and will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by so many people, not least her nieces and nephews.

Dear Anne, Laura, Gerard, Eamon and David,

Most of my memories of Auntie Binkie are of her smiling and laughing. They involve Benvoy where we thought nothing of her producing cooked Sunday Dinner on the beach in sunshine or rain. Her laughing with Uncle Teddy and solving the problems of the world with her brother’s and sister’s in law. Magic days of periwinkles, sour leafs, sand and lots of laughter. We will miss her as we miss your dad but we are thankful for the wonderful memories she gave us.
