We were saddened to hear the news of Mary’s passing. Our daughter Rebecca lived with Mary for two years while in college. Mary was such a lovely lady and we will always remember her kindness to us. May her gentle soul rest in peace

Mary was a wonderful lady who volunteered with the Living Well with Dementia programme for a number of years, giving her time so generously to others. She was always so kind & caring, full of chat and always good fun. We were lucky to know her. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Deepest sympathies to all your family first time I met Mum we took her up The town walls in Conwy and she was absolutely petrified. We had a beautiful time with her that day. God bless her and God bless you all. With all our love 🙏💔

So sorry to hear of Mary’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with her some years ago in Cabinteely. She was such a character and definitely left an impression on everyone she met. I was so glad to bump into her in Dunlaoghaire a couple of years ago.

Sincere condolences to Mary's family on their sad loss. Mary worked for me, sorry I worked for Mary many years ago In the Kingston Hotel. In later years she would come into our shop, she always had a story and a sense of humour which lightened up our day.

Audrey, Paul, Lorraine, Robert, Anne and Mia, so very sorry to hear this sad news of your lovely mum. I have so many lovely childhood memories of her, always smiling, always busy yet always ready for a chat. She introduced me to Colcannon and Toffee among the many other treats she made & shared, a kind & generous person always with a great sense of humour.

As a child i remember her famous ring donuts that she made for the entire neighbourhood, who needed Annes hot bread shop when you lived on the same road as Mary Bowen.
