Mary was such a lady. Herself and Leon were a pleasure to know and was a great friend in the Aberdeen Arms. Those of us who were working our school holidays she kept us on the straight.
Even today after all these years I can hear her pleasant soft voice calling one of us.
No doubt all who have passed from the Aberdeen were waiting with open arms for Mary RIP

To John ,martin and all of marys family it is with heavy heart that we extend condolences to all of you on the sad passing of dear mary ,we have so many wonderful memories of a kind generous lady ,we worked together in ennistymon hospital and the restaurant in lahinch she and leon were exceptional generous people who worked very hard mary was a generous godmother to our two children who never forgot birthdays and Christmas's, may you rest peacefully with all your family who have gone before you ,until we meet again mary we will hold yuo close to our hearts 💕 the twins mary and Kathleen xx

God rest your beautiful soul Mary and may you reach your eternal reward so richly deserved. We knew Mary as a caring compassionate and kind person. She returned to Ireland in tough times and worked so hard to provide for Elaine,Paul and Sean. We were honoured to work with her at the Aberdeen Arms. Mary valued connections and always spoke kindly. My Mother God rest her had immense time for Mary. When Leon and Mary opened the cafe in Lahinch they were brave people who worked hard to make a crust. God Bless Mary, Heaven was made for you.
