Mary Burke

I heard only today that Mary had died couple of weeks ago. I got to know her when she visited her relatives in Bristol and she attended daily Mass at St Joseph' Home, in Clifton Cathedral Parish. A kind and gentle lady who was full of God's love. She is now blessed for the faith she passed on to her many students at the Presentation School in Tuam where he taught. May Mary's gentle sourest in peace

Mary was a frequent and welcome visitor to Gerry and Celine and family, in Newtown over the years and attended many of our family weddings and get togethers.
We have fond memories of her warm personality.

We often popped in to say hello to her, when visiting Maria's late Dad in Brooklodge and in recent months when visiting Celine. She always enquired about Gerry and Celine, Newtown and our own family. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
