Mary Catherine was an exceptional woman in many ways! She welcomed us ' blow ins' into the village like nobody else could. She understood how we didn't know the connections and always included extra details so that I at least could follow the story. She was intelligent and wise but had a mischievous streak. We will miss her dearly.

The world has lost a beautiful soul, so many cherished memories. Mary Catherine will be forever in our hearts and live on in our memories.Rest in heavenly peace Mary C with all our loved ones ❤️

We were saddened to hear of the passing of a truly amazing lady. Many a good chat was had. Her hospitality knew no bounds, kettle was always on the go and of course you couldnt leave without having something stronger. Lovely memories of a lovely lady. Granny moore (as we so fondly knew her by), you have earned your heavenly wings and are reunited with paddy and all your loved ones.
