Always the entertainer whether at school, in her locality, or at bingo. Moll performed a comedy act live on Radio Eireann (back in the 60's) with her good friend Mary O'Neill, they both had the nation in stitches.

Sincere sympathy on the sad passing of Mary, to Ger and family, Eoin, Maria and Mike; to her sisters Margaret and Helen and brother Jer.. Mary's funeral Mass today so prayerfully celebrated was appropriate to Mary's life. My first memory of Mary relates to time as a pupil in Pres, Fermoy. Later she travelled to St Patrick's Teacher Training College in Dublin. She enjoyed the journey in the Ministerial Car and entertained the other travellers. Mary was a natural teacher and related well to her pupils. Mary was happy in Carrigtwohill. She sent me every detail of Eoin, Maria and Mike's careers, she was rightly proud of them. Mary,s outstanding characteristic was her sincerity. She was always ready to understand and encourage. Mary has eternal peace in the Lord.
