So Sorry to hear of Mary’s passing Aunty Mary was always so kind to me. I stayed with her the summer I lived in Dublin 21 years ago. We had a lot of fun together, she was an amazing lady.
Condolences from the other Australian group - Maureen, Clinton, Derek, Katherine and Hugh Foster and their families . Katherine in particular stayed with Mary when she was in Ireland many years ago and was very grateful for the hospitality . I still have and wear Aran cardigans knitted by Mary.

Rest in peace auntie marie you will be greatly missed. I will miss our little chats and our little walks that we used to have when i use to go visit you in cherry orchard. Heaven has gained a lovely lady and will be a wonderful angel keep an eye on us all and keep us safe love u loads xx

So sorry to hear of our mother's, Betty Cullen, Aunty Marie. Loving known as "MeAuntyMarie" in our house, she was a lovely lady, with a very kind heart and a fantastic knitter. Everybody sported one of Marie's beautiful aran jumpers and every new born had an array of baby cardigans and booties knitted by "MeAuntyMarie". Our mother loved her very much and we did too. May you rest in peace Marie.
