As so often happens to us these days we have only heard of Mrs Crotty’s passing and all we can do is offer our belated condolences to all at this time.

We extend our sympathies to Anne, Tom & family & to all who
mourn Mary.
Mary was an elegant & kind lady who always treasured her Kerry roots & who had an abiding interest in history & all things Irish.
Many cherished memories of that great kindness & generosity to us as children come to mind today. I recall our many visits to Dublin and later to Wicklow, where she treated us to delicious meals, visits to the cinema, bought us outfits in Clerys and of course not forgetting the parcels from America every Christmas, which were a great delight to get. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
May you, her cherished family, have loving memories to keep in your hearts & may the love of God embrace Mary & her late husband,my uncle

I am so saddened to see the passing of Mary. What a truly resilient lady, who had so many wonderful stories to tell. I have no doubt she would have inspired many people through her life, and she certainly inspired me every time I had the pleasure to chat to her. Im sure her loss to her family will be profound. Her death stirs memory of a meeting of elected members of MKB Community Council upstairs in Mooneys in or about the mid 1970's and its Chairman advising that I curb my twenty-something tongue in deference only it seemed to Mrs. Crotty albeit that it was quite a gender balanced committee.

Mary will be greatly missed for her wonderful interest in people and kindness. She was so much loved by you all. She never lost her interest in the world around her. So many great memories you all have shared. I will miss our chats. My sympathies to Anne,Tom, Mary,Laura and Kevin and wider Family.

I first met Mary and her late husband Pat in the late1960’s when they bought the farm just across the road from me. Many a long hour my dad and I spent with Pat out on the farm and then be treated to a great dinner or tea in the evening by Mary when the work was done.
Great memories and great reflections on the past that can never be again.
Now that she is with Pat may their souls rest in peace

Ah I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Crotty's death she was a lovely kind lady. I have fond memories of helping Pat Crotty bringing in the hay and going back to Mrs Crotty's for home made bread with blackcurrant jam when I was young. A gentle person who will I know enjoy her eternal rewards with her beloved Pat by her side. Rest in peace I will hold onto my fond memories until we all meet again.
