I’m very sorry to hear about the death of Mary. She was a devoted wife and mother. She was a wonderful support to me in my early teaching years. I have fond memories of our journeys over to Knockavilla. Ar a dheis De go bhfuil a hanam.

It is with such sadness to to hear of the passing of Mary such a kind ,warm person always a pleasure to meet.
Very difficult to imagine such a person of such qualities not spared to be with her family for much longer.

My sincere condolences to the Daly family on the passing of Mary.
Mary was my teacher for my last three years of primary school and she was such a wonderful teacher. She was always so fun and engaging and valued every child for their unique talents and skills. I still remember poems and songs that Mary taught us and I remember when she played a prank on us and was laughing so uncontrollably that she fell off her stool. Mary has shaped the teacher I am today.
She will be sadly missed. May she rest in peace.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Mary's death and offer my sincere sympathy to her husband, Tim, her children and grandchildren.
