Deepest condolences to Mary's family. We were friends and neighbours. She was always ready with a cuppa, some cake and lovely banter. May she rest in peace.
I knew Joe and Mary for many years. Mary was transparently decent and had great faith. She was also very good-natured with a good sense of humour. Mary genuinely cared about people and was a good and loyal friend. Like many other people, who were lucky enough to know Mary, I will miss her.

We had the privilege of living next door to this wonderful woman for many years, and she was such a lovely neighbour to us. Kind, wise and always full of mischievous humour, she was such a big part of Temple Cottages that she’ll spoken of and thought about long beyond her time here. We’ll miss her a lot but happy that she’s finally gone to her beloved Joe. Rest well Mary.
