To the Whitty Family, So sorry to hear the news of the passing of dear Mrs Whitty. She was such a wonderful and loving person. Thanks for all her and your kindness to my Aunt Bessie and Uncle Mikey Kelly and to my parents, Jimmy and Theresa Kelly. My wife Loraine, and our daughters Katharine, Olivia and Aisling have such fond memories of visiting Mrs Whitty with me. They remember her warmth, interest in them and immediate servings of sandwiches, apple pie, Mikado biscuits and Tanora, with tea, Baileys or whiskey for the adults!
