We are saddened to hear of Mary’s passing and appreciate the notice to my Dad, August Smeby. Please accept our condolence to all the immediate and extended family. Retaining our Irish roots has meaning and Mary also recognized the connection. Please celebrate her life and all of her many accomplishments. She will be fondly remembered snd cherished in our hearts.

We were fortunate to have Mary as a volunteer , helping with Literacy Hour, for a number of years . She had a great love for the children and they enjoyed a laugh with her as she did with them . The staff also enjoyed Mary’s company- good for a chat , always with a smile on her face and she joined in with any craic or fun in the school. Our condolences to the Gallagher and extended family.
