I am so sorry to hear of Mary’s sudden passing. I have fond memories from when I used to babysit & my many days out going shopping with Mary. She loved to shop! She was always full of fun, kind, loved the chats & gave great advice. I was always thankful for getting to meet you all. Delighted to see that Paddy & Mary got to be grandparents too.
Thinking of you all during this sad time. I know she will be greatly missed by many.

Deepest sympathies for your loss Paddy Fearghal Criona and all of your family - Mary was another mother to everyone of us in the McDermott household. She was first to call for every birthday communion wedding christmas and every other life milestone in between. Many of our happiest childhood memories were shared side by side with your family particularly in Clonmany but also Ballymaglancy and Boyne Hall. As each of us grew into adulthood Mary supported us in our education and encouraged us to be the best that we could be. She will be truly sorely missed by everyone of us - may she rest in peace.
