Mary had been our next door neighbour for over 50 years and with her passing it feels very much the end of an era. Over those years Mary was both a friend and support. In Mam's latter years it was very reassuring to know that Mary was there.
Mary was kind, helpful and fun.

Mary Kearney was a legend, i know when we were students parents came and went and we never noticed. But Mary was different, she had an interest in everyone, she was universally social and always kind. There wasn't a room she didn't light up with her presence, her parties were legendary. She was a truly good person. I will cherish the memories i have of her. And may she rest in peace.
