I worked with Mary in Mount Anville Montessori, for 13 years. Mary had unquestionably, tremendous belief, spirit, reserve, loyalty and respect for every single person. Mary loved Life, didn’t she pack so much into her unique life. Her cakes for our Montessori staff parties were beyond superb, then again, her salmon dishes in her mews were total perfection and using the purest of ingredients.

When I think Of Mary I see her surrounded by children. She loved reading them stories, particularly 'The Chocolate Kittens'. I worked with Mary in Mount Anville Montessori school for many happy years. She was always gentle, kind, conscientious and considerate. May she rest in peace.

Saddened to hear of death of Mary. I first met Mary many years ago when I joined the Mount Merrion pitch and putt club. She was so welcoming that as a new member I felt greatly at ease. Ni bheigh a leithead aris ann.

Mary will be missed greatly, she was a thoughtful and kind person to everyone. It was a privilege to work with her for a short time in the seventies and we had many laughs along the way. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

I and my sisters and brothers were lucky to be among the early pupils at Mount Anville Montessori. It was a very special place and we soon became part of the Montesssori family. We were so secure and happy there that learning happened without us noticing. I have never forgotten Mary Kelly and her great kindness and care. I have happy memories of lifts up Mount Anville Road in her Bubble car, always appreciated as we had little legs. Thank you, Mary. You, Joan Cashen and Mother Power were a great team. We were very lucky indeed. Rest in peace.
