Sincere condolences to the family of Mary on her passing, I met Mary in Killure during our music sessions there, Mary was a great character and we thoroughly enjoyed her fun on Sunday evenings. Separately Mary was a good friend to my mother Kitty when Mam was a resident in Killure. She always knew the right thing to say.

Mary was a wonderful, kind, warm person with a great sense of fun. I was so fortunate to meet her when my children were young and she became like another grandma to them and a close friend to me.
May Mary now receive her eternal reward in heaven, which she so richly deserves. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mary over two decades ago, when Mary was involved within a Intergenerational Programme with the young people at WSTCYS.
In fact, that Programme made a Calender with Food & Recipes that Sold Out. Mary was so kind and patient, and the young people loved her.
