I was so sorry to hear of Mary's passing, she was such a pleasant, gentle lady. I would like to extend my sincere condolences to her cousins, neighbours and friends, I first got to know Mary when I started work in the telephone exchange many years ago, she had great time for all of us girls and knew us all by name, manys the chats and laughs we had with her in those days. In later years when I settled in Macroom she was a constant presence up and down the main street and we often met when shopping, always so friendly and always smiling, Mary had time for everyone. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
