Heartfelt sympathy to the Madden Family and to Mary O’Donovan, Clonleigh and the O’Donovan Family, Friends and Neighbours at this sad time.

Many spoke on Mary's passing and by all accounts she was a wonderful person. An enormous loss to the clubs and people of Kinsale. Heaven is richer today.

It was so so sad to hear the sad news. Mrs Madden was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She had the patience of a saint, allowing all the kids in the neighbourhoold to run through the kitchen and garden for years. Often sharing some of her fantastic chips or wonderful fairy cakes. She was a living saint. Its a big loss to all who knew her. Sad times.

She was a warm and kind person and my memories of her go right back to when I was a child and she was at the heart of Acton’s Hotel. She had endless patience with us children tearing around up one stairs and down the other.
In more recent years, she always seemed pleased to see everyone and loved to chat. It was a pleasure to know her.
