So sorry to hear of your Mum's passing. Your Mum & my late Mum were childhood friends growing up on the same avenue in Marino. They were born the same year with just a day between them.

Madge was my Mum's maid of honour when she married my Dad.

Every Xmas morning when we were children my parents would call over to your house in Artane with a Xmas cake which my Dad made. I remember your Mum in her long maxi dresses which were in fashion. she was so glamorous and full of life and kind.

Your mum lived a great long life and now she is reunited with your Dad. May she rest in eternal peace.
