Maureen was the kindest and most welcoming lady, and always had a kind word for everyone. I was lucky enough to visit Ireland a few times and can remember her beautiful smile and laughter. May she now be reunited with Michael and rest in peace.

She gave generously of her time in helping out in church duties and was involved in various organisations - was a founder member of the Mervue Order of Malta, was very active in the Legion of Mary and was a lifelong member of the Pioneer Association. A great lady of faith and prayer, may Maureen now reap her well earned heavenly reward.

Michael I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of your mum ...she was in the nursing home in oranmore when my own mum was there and that's where I got to know her so well ,I had great fun with her ,she was a breath of fresh air ,a lady I've to say ,may her gentle soul rest in peace .
