In loving memory of a wonderful mother, mother-in-law and grandmother to Philip, Maureen, Dominic & Gemma and Rory in Melbourne Australia. We have many cherished memories of her visits here always in the summertime. Nana May just loved the warm weather and spent many happy hours on the banana lounge in the back garden, reading a book, usually with a G&T in hand. There was amiable conversation, some adventurous tales related and much laughter. Her beautiful smile and gentle nature will be sorely missed by us all. Our deepest sympathy to the Sheehy clan. You where a lovely woman and a grandmother we will miss you Nana May. I remember going to pete and Nana May for a picnic club orange and a club milk or penguin or biscuits. I remember you walking down the field from your house to our House when we were small. We used to pick out the horse's. And watching tipping point and the chase and I loved the story's when you were in Wales and the coach inn. We will miss you Nana May and you will naver be forgotten

May was a dear grandmother and great-grandmother. We were delighted to be able to see her again last summer and for our children to tell her about their lives in America. Every time we came to visit Ireland, we would enjoy stopping by to visit her, where May, just like she did when I and my sisters were children, would offer a drink of Club Orange and a plate of biscuits.

We loved hearing about her life in Wales, tales about the Coach Inn, petting Debbie Dog (or Jessie and Josh back in my day), and watching the horse racing on the television with her. I enjoyed sharing my memories of returning to her and Petee's house each day after school in Kilcornan, having a bite to eat, doing our homework as she read the paper, and playing on the hill and fields outside their house in Castlegrey.

May will be missed and may she rest in peace.
