To Tommy, Fiona, Mary and the extended family I am saddened to learn that this gentle lady has died.I knew her for nearly forty years and she represented the best and most authentic version of Irish motherhood rooted in the care of her family about all of whom she was so rightly proud. Predeceased by Peter her loving husband they were both delightful people to know and care for and they were both gracious and dignified in every way and I was most fond of them both. Unavoidably unable to attend the obsequies I wish to record my sadness at her passing. May her gentle soul Rest Eternally In Peace
