Mary McCAWLEY
(née Holmes)

I returned from the burial of my husband in Shanganagh Cemetery, to find that an Angel was present in the house, watching over, smiling, kind, thoughtful. This was Mary, whose kindness I will never forget. Mary was the best friend imaginable. Wherever Mary decided to be, there was light and laughter.

Angels are mostly invisible, yet, when Mary was around, the atmosphere changed: there was a rush of wings, filling the room with her grace, her healing power, her solicitude.

She lifted our spirits with her special power, the comfort of unexpected happiness.

My deepest condolences to you all, having met Mary around 20 years ago I was so fond of her fabulous soft personality and loved bumping into her in Tesco & having a catch up - may she rest in peace ❤️

Sincere sympathy to the McCawley family, on Mary's death. I actually viewed the service on my phone to confirm that it was Jim's Mary who had passed away. She was given a lovely send off. The sharings from James, Lorreta and Caroline were touching. The music was also most touching.
